Shipping Policy
All goods with the exception of our Arcade Machines, are despatched next day by professional courier services. We use several different services and you are given a choice of services at the checkout. However, we reserve the right to use whichever service we feel most suitable for your order, and will on occasions use a different service as we feel appropriate.
All goods are well packed and shipped with a trusted carrier, however with the best will in the world, sometimes goods do get delayed, go missing, or get damaged in the post.
- If your item does not arrive when expected please allow a further 24hrs before contacting us as most likely it has simply hit a bottleneck in the system.
- If after waiting for a further 24hrs your item has still not arrived then please contact us and we will chase after it for you.
- If your item arrives with obvious damage, please refuse to accept delivery and inform us immediately, as this is the quickest way of getting the damaged item returned to us and a replacement sent out to you.
Arcade Machines and other palleted goods.
All of our arcade machines are built to order and shipped when ready. Usually, this is 10 working days, but can be longer, if you have specific delivery requirements please discuss this with us before placing your order.
Arcade machines are large bulky items and are palletized and shipped through a freight network. Freight carriers do not typically have the same high level of tracking as used by parcel carriers, please do not be alarmed if we cannot provide you with a tracking number.
To provide freight delivery services the freight company will require a contact phone number and email address. You must supply these to us when ordering, they will be covered by our privacy policy. If you do not provide correct contact details then this may affect the courier's ability to make delivery and you will be liable for any additional costs incurred.
The freight company will either inform you before attempting delivery, OR they will leave a card and make a second attempt at their own expense. If you are not present when they deliver/re-deliver then they may levy a re-delivery charge, this will be your responsibility to pay and not ours. If after three failed delivery attempts the freight company may return the item to us then you will be responsible for all transport costs including the cost of returning the item to us.
The pallet delivery will be 'kerbside' only, the driver is not obliged to help you move the arcade machine into your property, in most cases it will need removing from the pallet first. Although they are not overly heavy, to move an arcade machine will require two people and the driver has not been paid to help you do this.
You MUST inspect the goods for damage before signing for delivery, If there is obvious damage to the goods then refuse delivery, take photographs and inform us immediatly. It is exceptionally rare that this happens but it is vitally important that you do not sign for damaged goods.
Arcade Machines are built to order and non-returnable except in certain circumstances. However please keep the pallet and packaging until you are certain that it will not need returning as it must be returned with it's original packaging.
