Basic Machine operation

How do I turn on the machine

To turn on one of our arcade machines simply plug it into a regular 3 pin socket and turn it on. The machine will automatically start. It takes around 2 - 3 minutes to be ready to play.
How do I turn the machine off

Turning off your machine is just as simple as turning it on! Turn it off at the plug when ever you are finished with your game. There is nothing in the machine that needs to be shut down like a PC and turning it off at the mains will do it no harm.
How do I adjust the game volume

Changing the volume is easy, firstly you will need to locate the volume control knob.

For cocktail and coffee table machine this is to the side of the player 1 control panel.

On the upright machines this is above the monitor to the left side of the machine.

Simply adjust the controller to your desired level at any point.

Gameplay operation

How to a select a game to play

When the machine is turned on you will see the game menu appear. To select a game use the joystick to by hitting up or down, you can also move 1 page at a time by moving right or left. When you have the game you want to play press the A button (top left) and the game will load.

Usually you will then need to press player 1 start to start playing the game, but this can vary. There will be on screen instructions if this is not the case.
How do I play a game in 2 player mode

To play a game in 2 player mode (where available), follow the instructions above and simply press the player 2 start button to start the game instead. This can vary depending on the game you are trying to play, there should be instructions on screen to guide you.
How do I search for a game

When you are on the game select menu, press player 1 start button to access the search function. Highlight search and press A. Start to type the name of a game you would like to play, as you type the game list to the left will adjust. When you see the game you were looking for hit OK and you will be able to select from the list. Remember to select the game using the A button (NOT player 1 start, this returns you to the main game select menu).

TIP: Some games are not always named the same, for example Pacman and Pac-man will appear differently. Also some games are within multi game options, for example to find Defender search for 'Williams Collection'.
How do I exit a game

Press and hold player 1 start button for 5 seconds and a menu will appear. Select exit and press A, this will return you to the game select menu.
Are the game high scores saved

High scores are saved onto the machine, if supported by the game these will also be stored after the machine is turned off.

Common problems and how to fix them

Unable to select a game

This happens if the machine has been factory reset. The menu screen will usually say 'Insert Coins' at the bottom of the screen if this is the case.

To resolve this issue, press the black menu button. On table machines this is above the control panel, for uprights its above the screen. This will open the board settings menu. Select 'System Config' and press A. Credit setting should be set to 'Free Play' and ensure exit game mode is set to 'Hold 1P Start 3 Sec'.

Once the options are correct press player 1 start to exit and then select 'Save Setting' option. This will return you to the game menu and you should be able to select games normally.
